These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at jennystylehub.com and your purchase of the Elevated Capsule Wardrobe Guide (the “Guide”), operated by Jenny StyleHub (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying the Guide, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
The Guide is a digital product (a downloadable PDF) offering style and wardrobe suggestions. It is provided for general informational purposes and is not professional styling, financial, or other professional advice. Results vary from person to person.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase the Guide.
3. Price and payment
The Guide is sold for a one-time price displayed in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Access to the Guide is delivered immediately after a successful payment via an automatic download on the confirmation page. Please download and save your copy when it appears. If the download does not start, you can use the download button shown on the confirmation page.
5. Refunds
Because the Guide is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been made available. If you experience a technical problem accessing your file, contact us at info@jennystylehub.com and we will help you get access.
6. License and intellectual property
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Guide for your own private, non-commercial use. All content—text, images, layout, and brand—remains the property of Jenny StyleHub and its licensors. You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or publicly post the Guide without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The site and the Guide are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenny StyleHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Guide is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
